Our client is a Luxury Real Estate Company

You will be responsible for all the administrative tasks and the Director's first hand.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

-Handling confidential information

-Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail with client and organizations relationships

-Liaising with Property Managers and Real Estate agents

-Organizing travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions and Drectos personal issues and agenda.

-Administration Ad hoc duties

We are looking for a person with the following experience, qualifications and skills:

-International Attitude.

- Ability to work to a high standard and deal with clients at all levels.

-Dutch and English native speaker

-Excellent in Spanish and/or Catalan will be a plus.

-Highly organized

-Able to handle a fast-paced office environment

-Polite

-Helpful

-Excellent telephone manner

-Strong MS Office and administrative skills
