Principal reasponsibilities:
Your main task will be to ensure that our Dutch / German customers receive optimal service by guiding and resolving issues for users of our hosting services. You must be motivated to help people, and the ability to explain technical advanced problems in a straightforward manner, regardless of the user's level of IT knowledge.
Tasks will include answering inquiries by phone and e-mail, and perform related administrative tasks. Other key tasks will be to assist in the further development of our products by providing feedback to the product department, quality assurance of products and services, preparing articles, FAQ's, etc.
Candidate profile:
The qualified candidate is courteous and professional, has a strong customer service and support orientation, a passion for the internet and for helping businesses succeed online. Furthermore the candidate is a team player, is results-driven and has the ability to explain complex technical problems in layman’s terms.
Requirements for the position:
Proficiency, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch, English and German.
Proficient computer skills, including internet navigation skills and experience from operating within a Windows environment
Knowledge of some of the operating systems on the market
Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, both verbally and in writing
Basic customer service skills and abilities, including the use of soft skills, expressing empathy, expressing a willingness to help, taking ownership and first-call resolution
Call-center experience preferred
It is also expected that you will occasionally assist with other Client tasks, such as responding to inquiries regarding product changes, billing questions, layoffs or other changes in the customer relationship.
