    We are a recruitment agency specialized in international profiles.

    For one of our clients we are looking for 5 order coordinators.

    English telecommunication company with European shared service centre based in Barcelona.

    The company is an award winning and leading provider of Data, Voice and Managed Services to business and government in Europe. Their services are not aimed for residential market.

    It began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year the company completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that they could offer voice and transmission services.

    The company is now present in Germany, France, Spain and Switzerland. Among the services provided we can name: Ethernet, Internet Access, Broadcast, Voice Line, Lanlink, etc.

    As a Technical order coordinator you will support the Technical Services and Support function the under the guidance of technical leads

    Your main responsibilities are to undertake one or more of the following:

    - Ensure that customer promise times are met within set timescales and to agreed standards

    - Schedule and allocate all work for the configuration engineers including installations, modifications, emergency work and out of hours requests

    - Collate all feedback from engineers about installations, and updates managers

    - Produce performance monitoring reports

    - Provide an order management function to support the company’s day to day business including order tracking, delivery co-ordination, maintenance of customer data and supplier management

    - Plan, document and maintain all relevant fibre planning orders day to day

    - Install and commission the latest digital multiplexers at network sites

    Requisitos

    Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año

    Requisitos mínimos: Qualifications

    -Native , Dutch, with a high level of English

    •Experience

    -1 – 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service or Technical support, preferably in a Call centre environment

    •Skills

    -Excellent customer facing skills

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    -Good decision making skills and close attention to detail

    •Other

    -A team player who is able to work unsupervised

    Requisitos deseados: •Skills

    - Exposure to ITIL frame work a distinct advantage

    -Strong ability to analyze complex incidents, changes, requests and questions in a structured way to ensure that these are resolved within Target times

    -Willing to undertake overtime if required

    -Excellent organizational & analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.

    -High communication skills & dedicated team player.

    -Ability to work under pressure

    -Understanding of modern communication technologies and grasp telecommunications concepts and challenges to enable communication of problem situations

    Salario: 18.000 € - 21.000 € Bruto/año
