House is 50m and private terrace 100m. You can live in the centre of Barcelona and still have all the peace and quiet you need.

Building has a lift and the flat has central heating, air conditioning,wifi, microwave, dishwasher, TV with foreign channels (Fox, AXN, Cosmopolitan…) and all the usual amenities. It is a very special place, small but nicely decorated and with lots of sun all year round.

I am looking for a nice and clean flatmate who also likes cats (I have a a friendly one). Preferably non smoker since I quit not long ago and I would like to avoid temptations. I am female but you can be male or female and ideally over 30 years of age.
