Hallo!
Bij ons in huis hebben we een kamer vrij vanaf 21 juli. Hier de advertentie:
Hi! We are a Dutch guy and a Spanish girl of 29 and 28 years old, and we rent a room from the 21st of July in the Eixample Esquerra, between Entença and Hospital Clinic metro stations (line 5), near to the centre of Barcelona.
It is an individual room, furnished and with a huge wardrobe! And the flat is fully equipped, with wifi, washing mashine, oven, microwave, tv… and 2 bathrooms, so there won’t be any fights in the morning 
.
The rent would be 330 euros/month + expenses, around 40 euros/month, and one month deposit, that would be returned when the house will be left, of course. We are looking for a funny and cool person.
