Because of the sustained growth, WayToStay is looking for an Operations Manager with proven experience in optimising business processes.
What will you do?
As Operations Manager you give functional guidance to a team of 25 employees, and you are a member of the Management Team.
We are looking for a process manager who can ensure effective operation of all commercial and administrative processes,
and is used to implementing this task with excellence. Waytostay.com is a company with a strong focus on internet and complex back-office systems.
We are looking for a person who’s “on the ball” with both commercial and administrative back office systems and wants to forge a professional career in Barcelona.

What is expected of you?
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role with managerial experience
• Experience in the (online) travel sector is not a must, but it is an advantage
• Familiar with current internet applications and online marketing business models
• Commercial, results oriented, entrepreneurial and with excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written Dutch and English
• Educated to college / university level
