The Retail Operations Specialist works in a pan- European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. You will be responsible for the daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners. Transaction processing activities are outsourced to a Transaction Processing Center, so that the ROS can support new HP sales initiatives, and manage growth (new customers, new product lines).

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education, ideally with business orientation.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Spanish is desired but not a must).
- Relevant experience in a Business Admin job, minimum 1 year
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in dealing with external customers by telephone
- High IT proficiency and experience as a user of MS Office applications.
